TONRA LYNN HEFFERNAN - Tonra Lynn Heffernan, age 49, a resident of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2012 at her home. She was born in Chicago, IL daughter of the Late Bob West and was also preceded in death by her sister, Annette Chen.
