I have many happy memories of my Aunt Betty Jo and my cousins as I was growing up. Family get to gathers, birthdays, holidays and visits to each other's houses.
I can remember going over to my Aunt Betty Jo's house and helping to pick vegetables out of the garden that she had planted. She would always give us some fresh vegetables to take home with us. But what I loved the best was her fresh corn that she canned. Most people freeze corn but she also would can it. It was so good!
I will miss my Aunt Betty Jo very much. I loved her and had alot of respect for her.
