Cornelia Rebecca Wright Suggs, 84 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on February 17, 2018 at White Oak Manor, Kings Mountain, NC. Born in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Jacob Marvin Wright and Edilda Barber Wright. Cornelia was also preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, at the time of his death, Bill Suggs and 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Cornelia enjoyed working in her yard, cooking and volunteering her time and energy at White Oak Manor and the Patrick Senior Center. She was retired from the textile industry. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife, sister and friend.

SURVIVORS: 2 Sons: Jerry Suggs and wife Julia, Charleston, SC; Dale Suggs and wife Jane, Shelby, NC;

1 Daughter: Wanda S. Porter, Kings Mountain, NC;

FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, February 21, 2:00 PM, East Side Baptist Church, Rev. Ron Caulder officiating

VISITATION: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the service in the church sanctuary

INTERNMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC
