Debra Roxanne Black, 61, of Grover, NC, passed away peacefully at her home in Grover, NC, on November 02, 2018. She was born in Cleveland County, NC. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. Black and Mary Lou Perry and was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Black. Debra will be missed by her family and friends.
