DELLIA BELLE VAN DYKE GRIFFIN

Dellia "Belle" Van Dyke Griffin, 87 of Kings Mountain, NC, entered her heavenly home on April 29, 2018 at Carolina Medical Center, Charlotte. Born in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late David S. Van Dyke and Lula Mae Harlow Van Dyke. She was also preceded in death by sisters Mary Melton and Lucy Crawford and brothers J.R. Van Dyke and Johnny Van Dyke. "Belle" was retired from the textile industry. She was a former Sunday School teacher and attended Bethlehem Baptist Church. She enjoyed taking care of children, working crossword puzzles and loved her little dog "Lulu".



SURVIVORS: Husband of 54 years , WIllie G. Griffin, Kings Mountain, NC
Sister: Lois Katherine Moss, Kings Mountain, NC
Granddaughter: Renee Moss Black and husband Jeff, Kings Mountain, NC
Great Grandson: Griffin Reed, Kings Mountain, NC

FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, May 3, 2018, 3:00 PM, Bethlehem Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC with Dr. Steve Taylor officiating


VISITATION: Wednesday, May 2, 2018, 6 PM to 8 PM at Harris Funeral Home


INTERNMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC
