MARGARET BURTON KING

Margaret Burton King, 88 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on November 18, 2017 at Kings Mountain Hospital. Born in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late John Harper Burton and Laura Goforth Burton. She was also preceded in death by sons Bobby King, Sr., Johnny King, and 13 siblings. She was retired from the textile industry. She loved the Lord, enjoyed cooking, family, canning, crossword puzzles, sewing, and reading.

1 Brother: Carl Burton, Kings Mountain, NC
1 Grandson: Bobby Edward King, Jr.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, November 22, 2017, 2:00 PM, Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel


VISITATION: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home


INTERNMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
