Margie Grace Maples Stewart, 81 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on January 08, 2018 at CaroMont Health, Gastonia, NC. Born in Sevier County ,TN, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Lawson Maples and Nancy Jane Hedrick Maples. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Ralph Stewart, a daughter, Kathy Stewart Brown, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Margie was a member of Dixon Presbyterian Church, Kings Mtn. NC and retired from the textile industry. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend.

Brother: Carl Maples and wife Georgia, Jefferson City TN; Sister: Ruth Parker, Houston, TX Sister-In-Law: Lib Stewart, Kings Mountain, NC; Brother-In-Law: Gary Stewart and wife Mary Jo, Kings Mountain, NC; Sister-In-Law: Linda O'Shields and husband David, Kings Mountain, NC; 4 Grandchildren: Beth, Chris, Ryan, and Lacie. All of Alabama 2 Great Grandchildren: Madison and Daniel

FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, January 11, 2018, 2:00 PM, Dixon Presbyterian Church, Kings Mountain, NC, officiated by Rev. Randy Patterson
