Ruth Irene Talbert Taylor, 97 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on October 17, 2017 at her home in  Kings Mountain, NC.  Born in Cleveland, NC, She was Daughter of the late Floyd and Elizabeth (Rohm) Talbert and was the widow of the late Bill Taylor.  She  was preceded in death by her son Tommy Taylor .  Ruth and Bill were the owner/operators of Taylor's Upholstery Shop in Kings Mountain for many years.

SURVIVORS:  Sons, Michael Taylor and wife Vera of Kings Mountain, Jacob Taylor and wife Debbie of Kings Mountain, Phillip Taylor and wife Valerie of Clover, SC and Ricky Taylor of Kings Mountain.

Daughter, Gloria Taylor Stewart of Kings Mountain

Brother, James Talbert of Greensboro, NC

Sister Katherine Ross, of Gastonia
