Brenda (Dellinger) Blanton

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Brenda Dellinger Blanton Brenda Dellinger Blanton, 77, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on February 12, 2021 at her home. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, daughter of the late W.V. "Dub" and Helen McSwain Dellinger and was preceded in death by two brothers, Sgt. Larry Dellinger and Bill (Gene) Dellinger. Brenda was a wonderful homemaker and mother. She worked hard during her daughter's formative years to create a loving home for her family. After devoting her life to her children, Brenda worked as a cosmetologist for a time and was employed by Badcock Home Furniture. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and growing beautiful flowers. Brenda was passionate about reading and loved doing so as often as she could. She loved spending time with her family and especially enjoyed loving and doting on her grandchildren. She was a beautiful and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her kindness and gentle spirit will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her.
