Harold Lee Martin, 52, of Shelby, NC, passed away on January 18, 2024 at his home.  Lee was born in Berkeley County, West Virginia and was preceded in death by his parents. He was a former employee of Blythe Development where he worked as a grading supervisor. Lee enjoyed staying busy and spending time outdoors. He could often times be found working in the yard, on his tractor, or working in his garden. Lee enjoyed keeping those around him entertained with his sense of humor. He always said what was on his mind and his unpredictability kept everyone guessing what he would do next. Lee was always the life of the party. His friendship and love will be missed greatly by all those who knew him.

SURVIVORS: Wife of 8 years: Kimberly Alexander Martin, of the home Step Children: Summer Putnam, Shelby, NC, Jada Putnam (Kevin Gann), Kings Mountain, NC, David Putnam (Mary), Polkville, NC, David Raper (Kayla), Statesville, NC, and Frank Grandchildren: Braylen, Kinley, and Brantley Smith, Andi, Laney, and Riley Raper, Tristan Putnam, Daman Elmore, and Rosco and Molly 2 Brothers and 1 Sister

FUNERAL SERVICE: Sunday, January 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Barry Miles officiating

VISITATION: Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home
