James Wyattman Humphries

JAMES "JIM" WYATTMAN HUMPHRIES - James "Jim" Wyattman Humphries, age 70, resident of 406 Twin Ponds Road, Newberry, SC formerly of Shelby, NC passed away July 21, 2011. He was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late William Humphries and Bruna Davis Humphries. He was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, one step-son, three brothers, and three sisters. He was retired from Georgia Pacific, an avid fisherman and cook, and a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He served in the United States Navy for 4 years.

Loretta Bauer, Shelby, NC Phillip Humphries and fiancAC., Vicky Ryan, Shelby, NC 3 Step-Sons Daughters: Lucy Keeter and husband Billy, Gastonia, NC Sherry Davis and husband Bobby, Shelby, NC 1 step daughter Brother: Gerald Humphries and wife Donice, Shelby, NC Sister: Ray Beaver, Shelby, NC 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, and 5 Step Grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel, Saturday, July 23, 2011 7:00 P.M.

VISITATION: 5:00 - 6:30 P.M. Saturday, July 23, 2011 prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, NC
