Allen Ernest Heaton

Allen E. Heaton, 90, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain, NC. He was born on July 18, 1930 in Carter County, Tennessee to the late Roscoe Heaton and Ina Heaton. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Warren Heaton, and sister, Anna Mae Heaton Montgomery. He graduated from Steed College in Johnson City, Tennessee. Allen was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church, Shelby, NC. He was the Insurance Manager with Bowman Trucking in Atlanta, Georgia for 15 years and Vice President of Insurance with Johnson Motor Lines for 23 years. He enjoyed reading a good book and gardening. The family would like to thank Joyce Dye for her loving care and support and being a wonderful caregiver to our father. He was a loving father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Vilas, NC with Danny Honeycutt officiating
