ANNIE MAE PETERSON ADAMS - Annie Mae Peterson Adams, age 83, resident of 108 Quincy Street, Kings Mountain, NC passed away December 7, 2014 at Carolina's Medical Center, Concord, NC. She was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Jessie Everue Peterson and Mamie Wright Peterson. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Thelma Kimble and Pauline Turner; brother, J. W. Peterson. She was retired from Grover Industries, Grover, NC. Annie Mae was a member of Midview Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC where she served as Sunday School Teacher, member of the choir and the WMU. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and great grandmother who loved working in her flower garden. She was a true lady of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Husband of 63 years: AG Adams, Kings Mtn. NC Sons: Rickie Adams and wife Ann, Kings Mtn. NC Timmy Adams and wife Debra, Kings Mtn. NC Daughters: Sheila A. Willcox, and husband Mark, Kings Mtn. NC. Brother: Robert Peterson, Shelby, NC and Thurman Peterson, Grover, NC Sisters: Alma Bolin, Grover, NC; Shirley Philbeck, Grover, NC; and Betty Ruth Biddix, Kings Mtn. NC. 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Midview Baptist Church, Wednesday, December 10, 2014 3:00 P.M. Rev. Mike Rice and Rev. Dennis Harmon, officiating.

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday evening, December 9, 2014 at Midview Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, North Carolina

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
