Betty Elizabeth (Moses) Lawson

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Betty Elizabeth Lawson Betty Elizabeth Lawson, 88, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on August 11, 2019 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain, NC. She was born in York County, SC, to the late Lester Moses and Marcie Fredell Moses and was preceded in death by her husband of 65 and 1/2 years, Philip Lawson. She was also preceded in death by a son, Harvey Dean Lawson and her brother, Billy Moses. Betty enjoyed spending time at home with her family. She enjoyed going for car rides, watching the boats at Moss Lake and going shopping. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Betty will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
