BETTY TESSNEER NOAH - Betty Tessneer Noah, age 57, a resident of Belmont , NC, went to be with the Lord on August 5, 2015 at Robin Johnson House in Dallas, NC. She was born in New Mexico, daughter of the late Hideko Yokoyama Tessneer. She was a former store manager for Family Dollar and a member of Berea Baptist Church in Belmont, NC. Betty was a loving mom and grandmother.
