KINGS MOUNTAIN - Bobby A. Ayscue, 69, of 300 Somerset Dr., passed away Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Vance County, to the late Marvin and Elizabeth Wheeler Ayscue.
He retired from Western Auto in Gastonia, after 29 years of service. A member of First Presbyterian Church in Kings Mountain, he was active in the youth program and was the youth bus driver.
He was also a bus driver for First Baptist Church in Shelby. A Shriner and a Mason, he was member of the Fairview Masonic Lodge, Pied-mont Shrine Club, and Piedmont Pistons Parade Unit. He loved his John Deere Tractor, attending his grandchildren's ballgames, and Clem-son Football. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Mr. Ayscue is survived by his wife, Helen Owens Ayscue, of Kings Mountain; sons, Daniel C. Ayscue and wife, Gina, David A. Ayscue and wife, Brooke, Jamie A. Belcher, and wife, Charlotte, all of Kings Mountain and Scott D. Belcher of Charlotte; sister, Linda Cordell, Henderson and six grandchildren, Devin Ayscue, Emma Ayscue, Reese Ayscue, Madison Ayscue, Jared Belcher and Amber Belcher.

Visitation: The family will receive friends Monday, May 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home in Kings Mountain.
Memorial service: Tuesday, June 1, 4 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, Kings Mountain
