Bobby Lee Tumbleson, 82, of Greensboro, NC, formally of Kings Mountain, passed away on July 26, 2021 at White Stone Masonic Eastern Star Community in Greensboro, NC. Born in Leslie, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Herbert and Fleecy Katherine Rains Tumbleson. Bobby served his country honorably as a Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of service. After retiring from the military, Bobby worked for FMC Lithium in Bessemer City for 20 years as a manager. He was a former member of Fairview Masonic Lodge #339 in Kings Mountain. Bobby will be missed by all who knew and loved him. SURVIVORS: Wife of 60 years, Virginia Sue Wray Tumbleson, Greensboro, NC 1 Son: Larry Dean Tumbleson and wife Sharon, Colorado Springs, Colorado 1 Grandson: Zachary Tumbleson, Colorado 2 Great-grandchildren: Talulah and Aleister, Colorado 1 Brother: Larry "Junior" Tumbleson, Dennard, Arkansas
