Brenda Lee (Huffstetler) Irvin

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Brenda Lee Irvin Brenda Lee Irvin, 77, of Shelby, NC, passed away on November 08, 2021 at her home.  She was born in Gaston County, NC, daughter of the late Flay and Viola Dellinger Huffstetler and was preceded in death by her husband, Odus Irvin Jr.. Brenda was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Ray Sorrow, two brothers, Dennis and Ernest Huffstetler, and two sisters, Martha Huffstetler and Altamae Hardin. She was a member of Arrowwood Baptist Church and a faithful Christian woman. Brenda enjoyed being active, working in textiles for many years, crocheting, working jigsaw puzzles, sewing, and coloring. She loved working in her yard, growing beautiful flowers. Brenda enjoyed cooking and baking, especially for her loving family. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Rachel Pinson and Susan Sorrow for the wonderful care they provided Brenda, and to her sisters, Melvine and Betty Jean for helping in the home during this time.
