DATELINE:  BESSEMER CITY, NORTH CAROLINA Bryan Chambers Bryan Chambers, 60, of Bessemer City, NC, passed away on Saturday February 8, 2020 at Wendover Hospice in Shelby, NC. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, the late Brodus Chambers and was preceded in death by his stepfather, Ray Bridges. Bryan attended Branch Street Chapel. He was an accomplished mechanic and enjoyed working on cars most of his life. Bryan was passionate about collecting tools and had a massive collection. He was a hard worker and a wonderful provider for his family. Bryan was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was affectionately known to his grandchildren as "Poppy". He will be missed dearly by his loving family and many friends.
