Burman "Tony" L. Bryant

BURMAN L. "TONY" BRYANT -Burman L. "Tony" Bryant, age 67, a resident of Kings Mountain, NC went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his home. He was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Burman Coley Bryant and Evelene Hullender Bryant. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Keith "D.K." Bryant. Tony was a member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC and was retired from Celanese Corp., Shelby, NC. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, serving in the Alpha Co. 1st Battalion, 14th Infantry Regimen, 4th Infantry Division. Tony enjoyed raising birds, wild animals, gardening and traveling to the beach. He was an avid Carolina Tarheels Fan and enjoyed watching movies with his family.

Holmes, and wife Samantha, Stanley, NC Daughters: Kylie Bryant, Kings Mountain, NC Sheltyn Lynn and husband James, Kings Mtn. NC Brothers: Melvin Bryant and wife Judy, Kings Mtn. NC Danny Bryant and wife Luann, Kings Mtn. NC Sister: Cherrie "Sissy" Toney and husband Gene, Clover, SC 2 Grandchildren: Luke Holmes and Willow Lynn Grandchild: Baby Holmes on the way.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, Tuesday, October 4, 2016 3:00 P.M. Rev. Greg Neely and Rev. Dennis Pruitt, officiating.

VISITATION: 2:00 - 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 4, 2016 prior to the service in the sanctuary of Chest Ridge Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. North Carolina
