Carolyn Osborne Taylor, 71, of Shelby, NC, passed away on August 09, 2024 at Accordius Hospice House in Mooresville, NC. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, daughter of the late Everette Osborne and was preceded in death by her husband of over 20 years, Charles Taylor. She was also preceded in death her daughter, Lisa Patterson, 2 brothers, James and Fred Osborne and a sister, Patsy Osborne. Carolyn worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed tending flowers and being outdoors. Carolyn enjoyed being at home and spending time with those she loved. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister who will be missed dearly by all those who knew her.

SURVIVORS: Son: Billy Patterson and wife Tasha, Shelby, NC Grandchildren: Nic Patterson, Emily Patterson, Carolina Joseph (Kinley), Catherine Chambers, and Joseph Chambers Mother: Beulah Terry Osborne, Shelby, NC Brothers: Dwight Osboren (Freida), and Bill Osborne (Vonda), both of Shelby, NC Stepchildren: Crystal and Charles

Arrangements are incomplete. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date and will be announced by Harris Funeral Home
