CARRIE BURKE HUDSON - Carrie Burke Hudson, age 86, resident of Grover, NC went to be with the Lord on May 14, 2012 at her home. She was born in Clayton Co. GA to the late Clyde Weldon Burke and Annie Frances Brown Burke. She was also preceded in death by her husband Noah Carl Hudson and son-in-law Tony Houston Bearden. Mrs. Hudson was a member of Carolina Praise Family Worship Center, Grover, NC. She worked in the textile industry and school cafeterias.

SURVIVORS: Daughter: Frances H. Bearden, Grover, NC

Son: Roger C. Hudson and wife Susan, Clover, SC

Brothers: J. W. Burke, Ranlo, NC Joseph Daniel Burke, and wife Eveline, Ranlo, NC

8 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel, Friday, May 18, 2012, at 3:00 P.M. Rev. Ronald Hawkins, Officiating.

VISITATION: 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. Friday, May 18, 2012 at Harris Funeral Home prior to the service.

INTERMENT: Westview Gardens, Bessemer City, North Carolina
