Ciarra Lane Pittman

CIARRA LANE PITTMAN -Ciarra Lane Pittman, age 17, resident of Blacksburg, SC ended her earthly journey quietly and peacefully on August 22, 2016 at Levine Children's Hospital, Charlotte, NC. She was born in Gaston Co, NC. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Coleen Bullington and her maternal grandfather, Robert Junior Smith, Sr. Ciarra was an active member of Grover Church of God where she helped with the children's church. She was a true witness for God and a friend to all. She loved everyone and touched many lives during her life. She was an AP Honor student at Blacksburg High School where she excelled in High School Girls Sports, basketball, volleyball, and track. She is #6 in the graduating class of 2017. She was a member of the GiGi Club, BB Club, Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Academic Challenge Team. She served as a Teacher Cadet and Junior Marshall. She was employed with Rack Room Shoes, Gaffney, SC.

FUNERAL SERVICE: First Baptist Church, Grover, NC Saturday, August 27, 2016 11:00 A.M. Rev. Ron Hawkins, officiating.

VISITATION: 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. Friday evening, August 26, 2016 at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina and other times at the home, 429 McSwain Road, Blacksburg, South Carolina.

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
