Crawford Rucker, age 97, of Kings Mountain, North Carolina passed away at Testa Family Hospice House on March 28, 2017. Born in Banks County Georgia, he was the son of the late Charlie Rucker and Lola Cash Rucker. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 67 years Gladys Chambers Rucker; daughter, Rachel Pruitt; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Judy Rucker; grandchildren, Dwayne Rucker, Derek Pruitt, Jamie Rucker and Cindy Eaker; son-in-laws, Ronnie Howell and Fred Thrift. He was retired from C & C Scrap Metal, Kings Mountain. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and watching go-cart racing. He was a member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, April 1, 2017, 2:00 PM, Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, Kings Mountain with Rev. Richard Stroup and Rev Greg Neely.
VISITATION: 6PM to 8 PM, Friday, March 31, 2017, Harris Funeral Home.

INTERMENT: Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC
