DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA "Eddie" Richard Edward Hargett Richard Hargett, 57, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on April 04, 2018 at his home. He was born in Mecklenburg, NC, to the late Grady Earl Hargett. Eddie worked as the Maintenance Supervisor for Piedmont Components in Shelby, NC. He enjoyed working on cars and loved attending Classic Car Shows where he won several trophies for his classic 1951 Chevrolet. Eddie was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
