ELIZABETH CAMP DAVIS - Elizabeth Camp Davis, age 85, resident of 306 Fulton Street, Kings Mountain, NC died March 19, 2012 at Kings Mountain Hospital. She was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Joe Pinkney and Ethel Ross Camp. She was also preceded in death by her husband the late Henry G. Davis and brother, Dwight Camp. Mrs. Davis was a member of Temple Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. where she enjoyed singing in the choir. A loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed working in her garden and reading her Bible. She was retired after 25 years from Riddle Fabric, Kings Mtn.

SURVIVORS: Sons: Rev. Dr. Ernest W. Davis, Marietta, GA Tim G. Davis and wife Vanessa, Kings Mtn. NC Daughters: Brenda Rikard and husband James, Kings Mtn. NC Terrie Southards, Kings Mtn. NC Joanie Crawford and husband Danny, Kings Mtn. NC Brother: Gerald Camp, Gaffney, SC Sisters: Helen Kirkland, Columbia, SC; Janice Ledford, Shelby, NC; Joanne Cabaniss, Shelby, NC ; and Jean Kapoor, Winston-Salem, NC 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: New Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Thursday, March 22, 2012 11:00 A.M. Rev. Dr. Ernest W. Davis, officiating.

VISITATION: 6:30 - 8:30 P.M. Wednesday evening, March 21, 2012 at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, NC

INTERMENT: New Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
