: ELIZABETH " LIBBY" DETTMAR POSEY - Elizabeth "Libby" Dettmar Posey, age 74, resident of 702 Erskine Dr., died June 6, 2013 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

She was a native of Cleveland Co., NC, daughter of the late Bertha Dettmar Moore. In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rudolph Posey. She was retired from Belden , Inc. in Gastonia, a member of Bright Light Baptist Church in Bessemer City and a loving wife , mother and grandmother.

SURVIVORS: Son; Warren L. Posey and wife Sherry, Mt. Holly Daughter; Linda Posey Poole, Gastonia 3 Grandchildren; Heather Barrington and husband Rory, Michelle Poole and Ritchie Poole, all of Gastonia 4 Great-Grandchildren; Devin, Myah, Camron, Kinzie
