ETHEL MAE STEWART WILLIAMS - Ethel Mae Stewart Williams, age 87, resident of 2075 Meadow Road, York, SC. Formerly of Kings Mountain, NC died May 12, 2011 at her home. She was born in York, SC to the late James Stewart and Ollie Hogue Stewart. Wife of 56 years to the late M. L. "Willie" Williams, she was also preceded in death by a grandson. She was a member of Union Baptist Church, York, SC and former member of Kings Mountain Baptist Church. She taught Children's Sunday School Classes in many churches thru the years. A Christian woman who loved to help people. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker who was loyal to her family and church. She helped her husband at their jewelry store, Willie's Jewelry.

SURVIVORS: Son: Richard L. Williams, York SC Daugther: Brenda W. Bottoms and husband Butch, Southport, NC 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Kings Mountain Baptist Church, Sunday, May 15, 2011 4:00 P.M. Dr. Jeff Hensley officiating.

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Saturday evening, May 14, 2011 at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
