Eugene "Gene" Lorincz

EUGENE "GENE" LORINCZ - Eugene "Gene" Lorincz, age 78, a resident of 2498 Coastline Court, Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, died Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Wendover Hospice, Shelby, NC. Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, son of the late Joseph and Helen Orocz Lorincz and was also preceded in death by two brothers. A member of New Life Lutheran Church, Myrtle Beach, SC and was a member of the Moose Lodge, Elks Club and VFW. He was a loving husband, father and uncle who loved fishing, golf and a good cigar. He was known by all of his friends as PGL He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Air Force. Mr. Lorincz retired after 38 years from IBM.
