Frankie Marie (Blalock) Wood

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Frankie Marie Wood Frankie Marie Wood, 73, of Grover, NC, passed away on September 16, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. She was born in Cleveland County, North Carolina, daughter of the late Frank Vernon and Melva Marie Owens Blalock and was preceded in death by a nephew. Frankie retired from Gaston Manor Assisted Living. She enjoyed spending time with her family, doing crafts and making wreaths, and attending social gatherings. Frankie loved babysitting her two great grandchildren, Abby and Gabe. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, sister, and friend. Her kindness and love will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her.
