George Gilford Hamrick, 83, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away June 12, 2017 at White Oak Manor. He was born in Cleveland County to the late Clarence Dixon Hamrick and Eugenia Webb Hamrick and was also predeceased by his sister Margaret Jolley. He was a retired truck driver and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 47 years, Marilyn Dixon Hamrick, Kings Mountain, NC;
Daughter: Cheryl Farfour and husband Les, Shelby, NC
Sons: George Terry and wife Stephanie, Gastonia, NC; Timothy Dixon and wife Anja, Boiling Springs, NC
5 grandchildren: Josh Hamrick, LeeAnn Jones, Katie Mauney, Brett Hamrick, and Tucker Hamrick.
4 great grandchildren
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Thursday, June 15, 2017, 3:00 PM Central United Methodist Church, with Rev. Jill Rhinehart officiating.
