GERALD D. COCHRAN - Gerald D. Cochran, age 69, a resident of, Kings Mountain, NC, died Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. He was born in Ironton, Ohio, son of the late Emmett and Ruth Maynard Cochran. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Wanda Farris Cochran, 1 brother and 6 sisters. He was retired from Curtis-Wright Flight Systems in Shelby, NC and served in the United States Navy.
