DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Gerald Jerome Williams Gerald Jerome Williams, 79, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on May 06, 2019 at his home. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Everett Phillip Williams and Bertha Eskew Williams. Gerald was a long time member of Oakview Baptist Church. He retired from the textile industry where he worked for more than 40 years. Gerald enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed woodworking and traveling to the mountains. Gerald shared 62 years with the love of his life, Patsy. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved him.
