Glenna Rae Spence

GLENNA RAE SPENCE - Glenna Rae Spence, age 63, resident of Kings Mountain, NC formerly of West Virginia passed away April 27, 2013. She was born in McDowell Co, WV to the late Garland Hamilton and Frieda Greene Hamilton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Spence; grandson, Chris Phillips; and sister, Regina Hamilton. Mrs. Spence was a retired cook at the Stevens Correctional Facility, McDowell Co, WV. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

SURVIVORS: Sons: Tim Spence and wife Jessica, Kings Mtn. NC Ernest Lee Spence, Kings Mtn. NC Daughters: Michelle King, and husband David, Kings Mtn. NC Natalie Spence, Kings Mtn. NC Brothers: Ronnie Hamilton and wife Tammy, Gary, WV David Hamilton and wife Marty, Martinsville, VA Ricky Hamilton, Welch, WV Sisters: Kimmi Morgan and husband Jamie, Hanover, WV Tammy Hamilton, Gary, WV 3 Grandchildren: Kaitlin King, D.J. King, and Tyler Reller.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel, Tuesday, April 30, 2013 3:00 P.M. Rev. Sheila Grigg, officiating.

VISITATION: 2:00 - 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 30, 2013 prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
