Harold Lee Ledford, 84, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on April 19, 2019 at Carolinas Medical Center - Main in Charlotte, NC. Born in Cleveland County, NC, he was son of the late Lawrence and Janette Wallace Ledford and was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Blanton Ledford and brother, Terry Ledford. Harold served his country in the US Army. He retired from the Eaton Corporation after over 30 years of service. Harold was an avid woodworker and carpenter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working in his garden and spending time with his grandchildren. He was of the Baptist faith. Harold was a loving father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

SURVIVORS: Son: Jeff Ledford, and wife Kendra, Kings Mountain, NC; Daughter: Kim Martin and husband Harry, Kings Mountain, NC; 2 Grandchildren: Jarrett and Bailey Ledford

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Thursday, April 25, 2019, 2:00 PM, Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC with the Rev. Glenn Davenport officiating

VISITATION: 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM, Thursday, April 25, 2019 prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery
