Helen Weaver Chaney, 86, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on December 24, 2020 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. Born in Cleveland County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Ira Allen Weaver and Corrie Huffstetler Weaver and was also preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Jack D. Chaney, daughter, Vickie Chaney Jones, her brother J.B. Weaver and sister Sue Carroll. Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a long time member of Second Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. Helen will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild
