J. D. "Tiny" Lefevers

J. D. 'TINY' LEFEVERS - J. D. "Tiny" Lefevers, age 82, resident of Kings Mountain, NC died April 6, 2013 at his home. He was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Perry Lefevers and Maude Bell Lefevers. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Hilda Ivy Lefevers, 5 brothers, and 1 sister. He was retired from the textile industry having worked for Parkdale Mills, Gastonia, NC. He was a devoted member of AA, attending at the Serenity Club and First Presbyterian Church Chapters. Mr. Lefevers served in the United States Army.

SURVIVORS: Daughters: Barbara Lefevers Wise and husband Steve, Vale, NC Dolly Lefevers Lockridge, Shelby, NC Son: Larry Williams, Kings Mtn. NC Sister: Ruby Davenport, Cherryville, NC 3 Grandsons, 1 great grandson, and 1 great granddaughter.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel, Tuesday, April 9, 2013 11:00 A.M.

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Monday evening, April 8, 2013 at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain, North Carolina

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
