JAMES ‘EARL’ ALLMAN

-James Earl Allman, age 84, resident of Kings Mountain, NC died at Cleveland Reginal Medical Center, July 19, 2016. Born in Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Horace and Ethel Heavner Allman. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Carl Allman and a sister, Frances A. Jones. He was retired from the construction industry and founder of Allman Siding. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather and loved rescuing animals.

SURVIVORS: Wife of 54 years: Charlene Vaughan Allman, Kings Mtn, NC

Daughters: Earlene A. Leonard and husband David, Kings Mtn

Kellie Allman, Kings Mtn.; Christine Allman, Vale, NC

Brother: Dean Allman and wife Ann, Cherryville, NC

Sisters: Linda McClain, Brenda Lawson and Helen Allman Alexander, all of Kings Mtn.

Grandchildren: Matthew Leonard, Nevan Phillips and Colt Allman.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: A private service will be scheduled by the family at a later date.
