James Earl Bumgardner, 58, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on July 20, 2022 at his home in Kings Mountain, NC. He was born in Stuttgart, Germany, son of the late Cloyd Ralph and Elizabeth Ann Smith Bumgardner. The family will hold a celebration of Life Service at a later date.
