James "Jim" Edward Anderson

DATELINE:  KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA James "Jim" Edward Anderson James Edward Anderson, 69, of Kings Mountain, NC, lost his courageous battle with ALS on September 12, 2022 at Atrium Cleveland in Shelby, NC. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late John B. and Betty Wyatt Anderson. Jim was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. Jim enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He was often found on his back porch, sitting in his rocking chair where he spent countless hours over the years. Jim seemed to find peace beside his ornamental fish pond where he raised massive koi fish. He enjoyed listening to beach music and loved attending local music festivals. Jim's joy could not be contained when he was near his grandchildren and loving wife, who were the center of his world. He was a caring and devoted husband, understanding and supportive father, and very loving Paw Paw to Lili and Siena. His loss will be felt forever by those who knew and loved jim.
