DATELINE: ELLENBORO, NORTH CAROLINA Jeanette Johnson Jeanette Johnson, 72, of Ellenboro, NC, passed away on November 27, 2019 at her home in Ellenboro, NC. She was born in Pike County, KY, to the late Warren G. Coleman and Claris Holly Coleman and was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Roy Lee Johnson. Jeanette loved spending time with her family and her fur babies, Luke and Michelle. She enjoyed listening to gospel music. Jeanette enjoyed the simple things in life like having a good cup of coffee and watching her favorite television show, Gunsmoke. She was a devoted and loving wife to Roy, a loving mother to her children and a wonderful Nanny and Great Nanny to all her grandchildren. Jeanette will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
