Born in Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin Sessoms and Betty Jo Hartsoe Sessoms and was also preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey S. Sessoms, Jr. and brother Randy Sessoms. Jeffrey enjoyed watching NASCAR, football and other sports.
