Jeffrey "Jeff" Eugene Walker, 67, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on October 31, 2024 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He was born October 28, 1957 in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Frances Hullender Walker and was preceded in death by a brother, James Walker. Jeff was a longtime member of Christian Freedom Baptist Church. He worked as a contractor most of his life. Jeff was an avid music lover and sang, with his family, for many years in the gospel music group, Vision. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed spending time fishing, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family. Jeff always placed his family ahead of his own needs. He lived a life of service to others and loved unconditionally. Once Jeff loved you, you were always loved. He treated everyone like family and to know Jeff, was to love Jeff. He was Pawpaw to not only his grandchildren, but to countless children who grew to know and love him. He was a wonderful husband, dedicated father and brother, and loving Pawpaw. His kindness, generosity, example and love will live on through the lives of his family and friends for generations to come. SURVIVORS: Wife of 48 years: Patsy Hayes Walker, of the home Children: Christy Walker Green (Dale), Shelby, NC and Jeffrey William Walker (Hannah), Kings Mountain, NC Father: Leo William Walker Grandchildren: Madison Kinmon (Monty Harris), Carson Kinmon (Dixie Hames), Gabriel Walker, Brayden Walker, and Isabella Walker Siblings: Mike Walker (Tina) and Judy Green (Bobby), both of Kings Mountain, NC Nieces and Nephews: Dwayne Green (Roxanne), Brook Deason (Trey), Chasity Hamrick, Chad Hayes (Crystal) and Brittany Payne (Ricky)

CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE: The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM at The Branch with Reverend Mike Chambers officiating

The family will be at Christy Green's home at other times at 506 Richards Drive, Shelby, NC 28150
