John Waltman, Jr

JOHN WALTMAN, JR. - John Waltman, Jr., age 69, resident of Gaffney, SC died February 14, 2012 at Kings Mountain Hospice House. He was born in Lee Co, FL to the late John Waltman, Sr. and Doris Henderson Waltman. He was a self-employed computer programmer and member of First Baptist Church, Gaffney, SC. Mr. Waltman served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

SURVIVORS: Wife of 38 years: Becky Waltman, Gaffney, SC Sons: John Waltman, III, Blacksburg, SC Robert John Waltman, and wife Jenny Anne, Americus, GA Daughter: Lisa Vaughn Waltman, Fort Myers, FL 6 Grandchildren: Sarah Elizabeth Waltman, Mason Alexander Waltman, Valerie Nicole Waltman, Ethan James Waltman, Rebecca Chloe Waltman, and Isaac John Waltman.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Saturday, February 18, 2012 11:00 A.M. Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC Rev. Terry Floyd, officiating.

VISITATION: Family will speak to friends immediately following the service in the cemetery and other times at the home of the son, John Waltman, III.

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
