Jonas Edmond Leftwich, 74, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on February 02, 2022 at Wendover Hospice in Shelby, NC. He was born in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Fred Drews and Evelyn Hullender Drews and was preceded in death by a brother, David Leftwich. Eddie was a member of Harvest Baptist Church in Kings Mountain. He served his country honorably in the US Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. Eddie worked in the automotive repair industry and owned repair shops in Kings Mountain. He retired from Cape Fear Trucking in Dallas, NC. Eddie lived his entire life in Kings Mountain and was a past member of Kings Mountain Volunteer Fire Department and enjoyed playing gospel music with his friends at local nursing homes.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Wanda Faye Leftwich Sons: Mike Leftwich (Kim) Canton, GA, Steven Jones (Amanda) Gaffney, SC, Greg Jones, Zepher Hills, FL, and Bryan Leftwich (Amanda) Gastonia, NC Daughters: Michelle Cox (Gary) Kings Mountain, NC and Ashley Lovelace (Davie) Kings Mountain, NC Brothers: Joe Leftwich (Donna) California, and Nick Leftwich (Brenda) Clover, SC 14 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren
