Joyce (Johnson) Goble

Joyce Goble Joyce Goble, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on October 21, 2018 at Testa Family Hospice in Kings Mountain, NC. Born in Gaston County, NC, she was the  daughter of the late Fred Johnson and Maudine Westbrook Johnson and was preceded in death by her sisters, Dot Holland and Shirley Dixon. She was retired from Western Auto. Joyce was a member of East Side Baptist church where she was very active in church life. She loved her church family and enjoyed singing at church. Joyce enjoyed  church events and helping on senior trips with church members. She enjoyed Holden Beach where she and Grady retired to and lived for 14 years. Joyce was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caregiver at Testa Family Hospice House.
