Katie Smith Costner, 76 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on December 03, 2017 at Kings Mountain Hospital, Kings Mountain, NC. Born in Rutherford County , she was the Daughter of the late George and Linda Cochran Smith . She was preceded in death by her husband Grady Costner . Katie was retired from Wix Filters and was known as the Christmas Light Lady.
