Kay Frances Hullender Sexton, 83 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on September 03, 2017 at White Oak Manor of Kings Mountain, NC. Born in Cleveland County , She was Daughter of the late Clyde and Lula Neal Hullender . She was preceded in death by her son Douglas Sexton and brothers Douglas and Neil Hullender . Kay loved to sew and paint and was a member of First Wesleyan Church in Kings Mountain.
SURVIVORS: Son, Marion Wayne Sexton, Kings Mountain
Daughter: Frieda Sexton Rhea and husband Rick, Gastonia, NC
2 grandchildren, Pastor Michael Ware and Nikki Cole and 3 great grandchildren
FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at First Wesleyan Church, Kings Mountain with Rev. Don Williams officiating.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Wednesday prior to the service in the church.
INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
