She was born in St. Clair County, IL, to the late Roy Franklin Quayle and Ronny Ann Stepp Quayle. Kelly was a member of First Baptist Church, Kings Mountain where she sang in the choir, assisted with the youth and helped with Upward Basketball. She was a long time member of the Kings Mountain Optimist Club. Kelly was very generous with her time and energy. She enjoyed helping others in anyway she could. She enjoyed camping and spending time with friends and was a great help at the James Island County Park Festival of Lights where she volunteered changing countless light bulbs. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
