Kenneth "Ken" Lee Howell, 75, of Bessemer City, NC, passed away on August 13, 2021 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain, NC.  Born in Union Co, SC, He was son of the late Woodrow Howell and Beulah Lawson Howell.   He was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.   Ken was retired from the textile industry and a former Mason and Shriner.  He was also a former member of the Elks Club, Union, SC.   Ken was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his family and especially playing with grandchildren.  He enjoyed working in his yard and watching football and Nascar.

SURVIVORS:  Wife: Dee Dee Parker Howell, Bessemer City, NC

Son: Don Allen and wife Missy, Blacksburg, SC

Daughter: Tina Lanford and husband Robby, Dallas, NC

8 Grandchildren: Brittany Allen, Justin Lanford and wife Miranda, Tosha Bradshaw and husband Zach, Brad Allen, Trey Allen and wife Brittany, Erika Blackmon and husband Matthew, Kelci Allen and Brandon Jones, Kristina Allen.

4 Great Grandchildren: Cam Jones, Wilder Lee Jones, Presli Lanford and Rosie Lanford.
